Living in...A most excellent, and well stocked post. Living in farthest flung Antipodean Tasmania, Australia, I had never heard of talet prior to discovering your esteemed blog. I love the quality information that you share here about edible tubers with your smattering of good humour. As Mary Poppins would say, a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down. Love the blog, incredibly interesting, informative and every post excites me to try to find these edible tubers of great glory. So far I have run to oca and yacon but am hoping to get some Chinese artichokes to add to my regular Jerusalem artichoke collective. Cheers again for creating and posting such awesome blog posts.
